*Moto Santa accepts "Letters to Moto Santa", in fact, this is the perfect way to pay the fee, disguised as a letter to Santa. 

Some Letters to Moto Santa may be used to make posts on social media to share the fun.

SO DON'T FORGET TO HAVE THE KIDS PUT THEIR NAMES ON THEM

*Service area is LIMITED centered on the 10 mile/Ryan area of Warren.

The closer to Christmas, the higher the demand, thus the smaller the SERVICE AREA 

*Large party groups [15+] should be coordinated in advance. 

*Under no circumstances does Moto Santa or his Elf Squad enter homes or buildings unless coordinated in advance.

Daycares, preschools, assisted living facilities and group homes should contact us for availability and reduced pricing guidelines.

*Appointments requests are TYPICALLY available on the half hour as follows:

Sundays 3pm thru 9pm
Monday thru Friday 5pm thru 9pm
Saturdays 3pm thru 9pm
These times are subject to change at any time.

NO VISITS:

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7TH (ST CLAIR SHORES HOLIDAY LIGHT PARADE)
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11TH (UNAVAILABLE)
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17TH (UNAVAILABLE)

MONDAY, DECEMBER 23 WILL BE THE LAST EVENING OF VISITS.

*All visits are weather dependent, if it is unsafe to ride a motorcycle Moto Santa & his Elf Squad will cancel any rounds scheduled during that time period and will ATTEMPT to reschedule.

**Watch the Moto Santa page for cancellation announcements. 

In the event of a cancellation due to weather, contact your favorite weather forecaster to file complaints!**

Please note, Rescheduling is NOT guaranteed. Historically mid-December onward sees the most weather cancellations.

**Please, fill out the booking form completely as requested. The booking platform automatically confirms appointments, I cannot pre screen.

*Once you make an appointment REQUEST, You will be notified if we can or cannot accommodate a visit based on location or other factors

THERE MAY BE A TIME GLITCH IN THE CONFIRMATION NOTICE, WE ARE AWARE BUT MESSAGE WITH QUESTIONS!

***You must be available and ready for a visit within 30 MINUTES BEFORE OR AFTER your scheduled appointment time!***

*You will get an "On the Way" text to the cell number provided during appointment scheduling when Moto Santa & his Elf Squad is enroute to your address with an estimated time of arrival.

**Moto Santa or his Elf Squad cannot respond to messages once he is riding toward your appointment**

*It is required to be outside and waiting near the road edge or curb utilizing flashlights or glow sticks so you may be readily seen on approach.

 It's easier for him to find you!
*Estimated "On The Way" arrival times are typically within a few minutes either side of the time sent in the text.

 You'll hear Moto Santa & his Elf Squad's siren and see their lights coming up your block!*

*Typically, visits last about 15 minutes or so depending on travel times between appointments and the number of participants at the stop.

 Take all the photos and video you desire!!

*Moto Santa typically hands out some kind of holiday treat, like individually wrapped candy canes or lollipops. 

***He will not bring or distribute gifts at the time of the visit.***

DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS -  fields will appear asking for your first and last name, email address and phone.  You do not have to check the box to sign up for future communications.  You ONLY have to check that box if you want to be on our email list.  That way we can keep you informed about specials and upcoming appearances that we make around town.
